Our boys are 12 and 14 lbs respectively which makes them not very small and not medium. They also have all their teeth so they tear through "small" dog bones in 5 min. These are the only bones that are good for them they LOVE and it takes them about 2 hours to finish one. I will say, because theyre natural ingredients, theyre a bit smelly. But definitely worth it.
