Return Policy

Our return policy is simple: if you or your pet doesn’t like it, return it!  We operate based on a 100% satisfaction lifetime guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your item(s) may be returned for a full refund or exchange.  Tax and/or postage are not refundable. 

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...

1. Email us at info@honeyimhome.com and provide us with the email used on the order OR your order number to receive a return authorization.

2. Ship your item(s) back to us (it is the responsibility of the customer to handle the return shipping and we do not cover return shipping charges).

3. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive your item back in our warehouse!

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS.  Deliveries are usually completed within 7-10 business days from time of order but varies based on location.  Any orders placed on Friday or on the weekend will be processed the following week.  An email confirmation will be sent when your order is shipped, including a shipment tracking number.
